Standard turnaround depends on the plan and the scope. The Essential plan delivers in 7 business days from a completed brief. Professional and Premium plans deliver in 5. Express delivery in 48 hours is available as an add-on.
Volume and revision allowance. Essential covers one deliverable with one revision. Professional covers up to four deliverables with two revisions and adds SEO keyword guidance. Premium covers up to ten with three revisions and includes a brand voice document.
Just fill in the intake form we send after your order is confirmed. It covers your audience, your tone, your competitors, and what the copy needs to achieve. Most clients complete it in 20-30 minutes.
No. The price you confirm is the final price. Revision rounds included in your plan are covered. Additional rounds or add-ons must be selected and paid for before the project begins.
Yes. Both at native level. We do not translate. Spanish and English projects are written from scratch in each language.
