Delivery Policy
Digital delivery only
All tracycopywriter services are delivered as digital files. No physical products are produced or shipped. You will receive project files via Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PDF, or plain text, depending on your stated preference.
Delivery timelines
- Essential plan: 7 business days from receipt of completed brief
- Professional plan: 5 business days from receipt of completed brief
- Premium plan: Agreed at project start, typically 10-14 business days
- Express add-on: 48 business hours from completed brief receipt, subject to availability at the time of order
Project start
Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. The project intake form is sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are counted from when we receive a completed intake form, not from the payment date.
Delivery formats
Default delivery is via Google Docs with comment permissions enabled for review. Word (.docx) and PDF formats are available at no extra charge. Plain text is available on request.
Late intake forms
If an intake form is not returned within 21 days of being sent, we may need to reschedule the project. We will notify you if this affects your delivery timeline.
