Our refund policy

Copywriting is a custom digital service. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project when a request is made.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we send the project intake form, a full refund is issued within 5 business days. No questions asked.

After the brief is received

Once we have received and acknowledged your completed brief and research has begun, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. The refund amount will reflect work completed to that point.

After first draft delivery

Once a first draft has been delivered, refunds are not available. The revision process is the appropriate resolution for any quality concerns. We are committed to working through revisions until the deliverable meets the agreed brief.

Express delivery add-on

The express delivery fee is non-refundable once expedited work has started.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tracycopywriter.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days.
