Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order with tracycopywriter, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Services

We provide professional copywriting services delivered as digital files. No physical goods are produced or shipped at any point.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout. The confirmed price is the final price including all selected options.

4. Project start

Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. We will send a project intake form within 24 hours. Delivery timelines begin when we receive a completed brief.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds (one consolidated feedback batch per round). Additional rounds are available to purchase as an add-on before project start.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information. Delays caused by incomplete briefs or late feedback may extend delivery timelines at no extra charge.

7. Intellectual property

All final copy becomes your property upon completed delivery and full payment. We may reference the project category in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project start.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid for that project.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
